Our mission is to strengthen housing stability and community wellbeing by advancing inclusive, community-based housing pathways that support individuals and families facing housing barriers.
We focus on prevention, stabilization, and transitional housing pathways, working alongside municipalities, service providers, and community organizations.
Our Vision
We envision a future where every person in Canada has access to safe, affordable, and appropriate housing, and where communities are empowered to support one another through collaboration, inclusion, and shared responsibility.
